At Shoreline City, it is our desire to provide students with another way to bring Heaven to Earth through higher education. We are thrilled to carry out this desire through our partnership with Southeastern University by offering students affordable degree programs. Classes are offered online through SEU, while simultaneously immersing you in the culture of Shoreline City. While participating in SEU's online format, you will also interact with your fellow students in person through special projects during the day or evening hours, depending on your schedule and availability.

Shoreline City College is a ministry of Shoreline City Church. Southeastern University (Lakeland, FL) partners with Shoreline City Church to host an instructional site on the church campus and offer students affordable degree programs.

While attending Shoreline City College, you will not only gain practical ministry experience at Shoreline City Church, but you will also have the opportunity to pursue a degree from Southeastern University. Our goal is to develop Christ-like leaders by immersing you in our culture, reflective leadership experiences and biblical understanding.

These programs include 30 credit hours of online coursework per year that also includes 12 credit hours of practicum for Shoreline City Church (6 credit hours a year) over the course of the program.

In addition to your academic program, your Shoreline City College experience will include a practicum. It is our heart for you to practically apply being the church in the world by going into the marketplace and leading others in the workplace through morals, attitudes, mindsets and overall culture learned at Shoreline City College. Through this hands-on ministry training, you will gain credit toward your degree program.

We have worked to create practicum options to accommodate the different schedules of each person who desires a degree from SEU through Shoreline City College. We would love to have a conversation with you regarding our program and the different options offered.

Practicum hours will be fulfilled by the following special projects:

  • Curriculum design

  • Event management with a focus on events for men, women, and mixed groups within and outside of the church

  • Project management
